Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
- Shipping Time: Estimated shipping times depend on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for returns. Perishable goods, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.
